It has its up and downs, however in the 21 century it seems the ladies need to do the asking...seems men are too afraid and take long at times to get to the point of actually dating. Too much b.s.
I like when a guy initiates, but once the ball is rolling then the woman should initiate sometimes also. I don't think I would want to be "chased" in the sense that the guy hunts you down and won't take no for an answer, but I do like the guy to take the lead. It makes his intentions clear (he's looking for a relationship with me) and says a lot about how he will act in a relationship. I don't want all the burden of the decision making and planning, and I notice in marriages this often happens to women.
