Anyway, how good looking do you have to be to get action, on a college campus specifically? I am about 5'11", medium/thin build, and decent looking. And is it weird/awkward or normal?
Dude, just hit up a party and get smashed and then find a girl who is more smashed by you. I'll never endorse that little routine as normal but I can't deny that it's a commonplace thing in some colleges.

FWB is pretty common on college campuses these days. No one has the time or desire for relationships. If all you're looking for casual sex, it's pretty easy to find. It just depends on how picky you are. If your standards aren't that high and you're surrounded by a bunch of drunk girls, it won't be hard to find someone who'll sleep with you. And it won't be awkward cause everyone else is doing it. Just be ready to deal with the consequences. STDs, people talking about how you slept with so-and-so, or even someone pretending like you never slept with them.
Why are you encouraging that behavior?
FWB behavior is revolting and dysfunctional. What do college kids know anyway? If you get into the habit of using and taking advantage of people sexually, that habit will never go away.
Also how can you have time to have FWB but not relationships? Relationships are about fun and games (parties, foreplay, sex, dates, and friendship) all rolled into one. It isn't supposed to be Mr and Mrs. Beaver Cleaver sitting around washing dishes and reading the newspaper. Ughhhhhhhhhhhh. Nobody gets that.
