Thank God for the internet....
We were just a bookstore today (big chain). I miss small used bookstores and places where you could get nice leather bound books dirt cheap...

The coolest bookstore I ever saw was in NY...a big old used book place...

Yea, I met my last Girl in a Bookstore... I always saw her in there and I thought she was EXTREMELY attractive but I did not want to approach her because I was not interested in a relationship at the time. Also, I did not have 2 nickels to rub together at that time...

Long story short, she approached me when I was sitting in a chair reading a book (proly a Eugene Mallove science book at that time) and ask me what the hell was a good looking guy like me doing in a bookstore on a Saturday night alone... ha ha...

Well I got her number that night and we were together for a year...

I miss her bold personality and spunk, I also miss the seeing the smile on her face when I would surprise her at work (the bookstore) by bringing her food from the food court or a cup of coffee from Starbucks....

Anyhow, TVandSportsGuy I can't stress it enough make sure you are well groomed and use a breath neutralizer. Seriously, if you LOOK and smell good girls will COME TO YOU.

Yea, it's real F uped.. These young kids growing up have totally missed out on small family own business that provided solid wood hand crafted furniture, real hand made food with quality ingredients, and small Italian owned clothing stores that took your measurements and tailored your clothes.

It seams like that stuff now is only available to the rich and the rest of us get cheep @E# Walmart.

MAAAAAN, there are cute girls in there EVERYDAY!! Most bookstores now have a coffee place in there so just go in there any day and as soon as you see a woman (without her BF/HUBBY with her) you like just shoot from the hip and tell her you find her attractive (in your own words) then ask her if she would like a cup of coffee and just chat with her for about 3-5 mins... Get her number before you leave and just go from there... ....

If you shy just aim for a woman who would not make you so nervous....

I am the nerdy book type and I spend a lot of time in our local bookstores. I have had a guy follow me from aisle to aisle - my guess is trying to get up the courage to talk to me - and that was the most annoying thing ever. If you're going to do it, just do it. Don't stalk her or watch her for an hour.

I glance don't stare. And my guess is he is not attractive to you which is why you were annoyed. I get annoyed when ugly women follow me in public
