The disorder itself wouldn't be a dealbreaker. But I would have to know a lot more. Is it degenerative? Will he require long term care? How long before he needed care?
I hope this doesn't sound rude but I would want time to be his SO before having to become his nurse.

What kind of neuro disorder? It depends!
But generally speaking, if it's a problem walking, talking, functioning in public, or holding down a job, I would say no. I have enough problems in my life right now. I do not need to take on anybody else's problems.

What type of disorder? My son has Asperger's and I think he would be a wonderful husband and father someday. His little ticks and weird behavior may turn off some people but I hope he finds someone who can look beyond this.

He can take care of himself. On Meds. Possible surgery. Meds probably for the rest of his life.

I would. My SO told me he had MS the first time we met and we have been together ever since. I also told him I have Epilepsy.
What are you gonna do?

That's so vague. I don't think I can accurately answer that question unless I knew exactly what the neurological disorder is. I have a horrible story about this but I'll keep it short: I dated a man whose neurological condition totally affected his personality. He would have these violent mood swings that I just was not prepared for. He was never physically violent toward me but the personality change was enough to make me head for the door on that relationship! If it were just a matter of dealing with ticks, some social awkwardness, etc. I think I can handle it.

Some neurological disorders cause drooling or very slurred speech - maybe toileting problems. If he had this when I met him, then yes, it's a deal-breaker. Other things, maybe not so. Hate to sound shallow, but we all have our limits. If it happened to someone I already loved, then no, I'd stay.
