this morning i read this and it made me smile.

"Young souls get angry at others,
Old souls get angry at themselves,
and really wise souls have already turned the page."

I love that! What is your response or reaction to it?
If and when we are able to grow beyond anger, what does this say? Over the course of your life, how have you changed or not with how you do anger?

I like that quote I will have to remember that. It is really pretty accurate the growth a person takes emotionally to get to the point of forgiving (young), and then getting beyond guilt (more mature), and finally the ultimate to let go of it all. It goes a long with much of Zen philosophy of letting go.

I am at that stage in my life, but I don't know anyone who completely gets to the point of always being able to "turn the page", it is a continually quest in life, and sometimes we fall back into being unforgiving or guilting ourselves, instead of growing forward. It is essential to be consciously aware of yourself and your actions to continue your growth as a human being.

I'm definitely a page turner. Been there, done that. It's a great phrase and pretty accurate.
