Sometimes I stare at people because they are a bit strange. Does not in any way mean I want to get to know what they do after midnight with their troll dolls...

When I am in Philly I am not sure of all the street names out there. Sometimes I just ask someone if this is the way to Chestnut St.

Like I was on Chestnut and did not know where Un Penn hospital was so I had to ask.

They guy was nice enough to give me directions and did not seem like he wanted a piece of a$$ for it.

Now... there was this one time in the subway when a guy was looking at me like that, though he did have a rather nice smile....

I caught up w my SO and told him that this young Indian guy was trying to pick me up back there....

hmm.

I am afraid you are so desperate to hook up with someone you may be reading too much into the simplest gestures.

I suggest you take a break from dating and women.
Besides, NFL just started. See you in February?

What are the signs in public if a girl wants you to talk to her?
"Do me!", written in bright, bold letters on a 2-foot square piece of cardboard.

I'm thinking she knew where Chestnut street was? I always get caught off guard
unless its an obvious come hither situation. you can never know for sure. women claim they give out hints, but its a lie.
it's a no-win situation, all you can do is swallow your pride and try.
believe it or not, it's far more efficient than just waiting for a signal.

When she makes an opening statement and then continues to talk to you it is a good indicator that she wants you to talk to her.
