I can see Zeta Jones as slightly exotic looking, but the other two just seem to fit more into conventional beauty. When I think exotic I think more along the lines of:
I'm with you. That's what I'd call exotic as well. To me "exotic" usually refers to major mutts. And I find them beautiful, too. It's just that I don't think of myself as a mutt.

When it comes to every day women (not celebs), the ones who I find the most striking and most memorable would fit the sophisticated mold.
I'll notice a hot/beautiful/attractive woman, but only the sophisticated women left an impression on me to the point where I can recall the details of what they looked like and what they were wearing.
