Man boobs are created from a hormone deficiency. It is when testosterone is converted to estrogen, and estrogen binds with fat to certain part of the body, breast tissue is one of them.
Even with diet and exercise, the extra testosterone still converts to estrogen. So the t-levels needs to be addressed, usually by Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).
For males, ask your primary doctor for a blood test, and specify T-levels count. Then ask for a copy of the result. Don't accept "normal" because you want to see the numbers. 800 is the goal. 250 may be "normal" but that is low.

I've seen some guys with boobs... quite large ones actually... and I doubt it was become of a hormone deficiency. More like an eating over-efficiency.
