The poster who mentioned the Kinsey spectrum seems accurate....Kinsey was before his time, and likes and dislikes, in general, do fall on a spectrum....that's all I am saying.

My husband is straight, but if he were bisexual it wouldn't bother me one bit...it's just his sexual preference. What's the big deal?

I would wish for him to be open with me about his attractions/fantasies/etc, rather than keeping it inside for fear of rejection, embarrassment, or fear of me flipping the f*ck out.

They have three grown children, and are seriously the sweetest, most devoted couple I have ever met. The wife realizes that he has an itch that she can't scratch, and he is responsible and safe about his extracurricular partners (and she does know about STDs, because she's a nurse.) He's not meeting men in truck stop bathrooms.

Have you ever told him that you are understanding of guy fantasies ? Many guys would like to share a lot more with their wives if they knew they were open to discussion and not flipping out. It could be more than the just subject at hand, you with other guys, swinging or whatever.

Just being able to share fantasies with your partner can be very erotic.

With the person I was talking with, he decribed his fantasies with men, but then insisted he's not gay....he seemed more gay than bi- I've never dated a man who was bi-this was an online thing-I guess what I'm asking Is: are some men who are gay pretending to be bi? I don't understand, sorry if I sound uninitiated....

You must understand that many bisexual married men are never going to take that risk, even with encouragement.
