Since I am back in VA, in the same complex I lived before, there is this girl (32) that knew I was married back then, she saw me this past sunday was surprised to see me back again. I told her the whole deal and she seemed to show a little interest. She asked me where was I staying and with whom. Then she asked me if I could come her place and cook for her. She knows I love to cook and has tried some of my delicacies before.
Now should I take this as a friendly invitation or should I expect something else afterwards. She is a marine, single, no kids and lives by herself and looks pretty yummy to me.
Is it too early for me to start playing the game or go ahead and do what I used to do very good back in my hey days?

Cat, nobody can tell you one way or the other. Nothing is wrong with cooking and being friends. But, if you feel going farther is not right, don't go farther than that. In every situation, you can always feel whether it's right or wrong, or unsure (in which case taking a step back is the right thing to do).

I would ask her if she wanted scrambled eggs or to pick her favorite Post brand of cereal.

I can't cook. LOL

If you can then go ahead.

Don't be a hussy. Bring her some doughnuts, Twinkies, and some milk shakes and call it a day. Remember to wear your chastity belt.

You should never expect something extra. If things take that direction, then go for it. I dont think it is too early as you have spent considerable time working on your marriage and I believe thru your posts you are ready to move forward.

BTW. What will you be cooking?

From the looks of his conversation I'd say corny dogs.

Get over there are get busy in the kitchen. Maybe later you may be able to get busy in the bedroom as well......
