What do you mean by an average body? (women, gay, young)

I'm just curious what people on here mean when they refer to a woman having an "average" body. Do you mean average in terms of national average so you are referring to a woman who is about a six 12 or 14? Or do you mean average in comparison to a celebrity body like a size 6 or an 8? Just curious what the definition of average is....

That's what I would consider "average" too. Just curious.... I didn't know if we were talking statistical average or like the picture above. Not super hot, not gross, just average.

Not average based on population statistics, average like she's average as far as a young healthy girl is concerned.

I guess age has something to do with it to. I'd say that girl is average for her age.

All these terms - "athletic", "toned", "average" and the like are driven and propagated by the fashion industry, which is dominated by gay men who even consider the slightest ounce of "adipose" as fat. And the male population of the world pretty much buys these definitions

A superfit woman is alright, but if that is the norm, then it reduces the body to just cardboard

The average American woman is usually described as 5'4" and a size 14. (personally I think she's bigger than that.)
As for the girl in the bikini, this is closer to "average":

Yes, I agree with you statiscally. However, I don't think that the men on here mean the women in the picture when they say somthing like, "I'd rather have a girl with a pretty face and an average body than an average face and a hot body" (just an example of the types of comments on this forum) I think when they say average they mean something more like the woman in the first picture and not the true size 14 average.
