What kind of smile was it? Did your ads sounds like the two of you might be a good match? Seriously, either talk to her about it, or agree NOT to talk about it with her.

Same thing happened to me. A guy at work was on POF, saw my profile and sent me a message through the site. I was brand new at the office and it freaked me out a bit at first. I mean, if he wanted to ask me out, why not get to know me a bit first, and then ask in person (so I could say no to his face 'cause I don't date co-workers either). I ended up just ignoring his POF e-mail. He was a bit weird around me at the office after that, but that's on him, not me. I was fine with it and I don't give a rats patootie if anyone at work knows I'm on dating sites. It's not like I'm on any that might be considered "questionable".

Exactly. Everyone who knows me, already knows that I use a dating site. And whenever anyone asks how I met someone, I tell them. It's just not the scandalous silly embarrassing hoopla that people seem to think it is. Yeesh.
