I think you're confusing the word "subliminal" with "suggestive." This ad is blatantly sexually suggestive, featuring an oiled-up blonde bent over and being administered to from behind. Not much gray area there!
Subliminal is when obscure, abstract images are hidden within other obviously apparent images. Like the old urban myth about images of naked women in the ice cubes in a glass of whiskey, in the old Seagram's ads.

I did finally find them... I had to lean down and look up at the monitor. I can't look at them straight on and see them.

Oh course I have a grander imagination even still, cause I see the recipiant of said BJ in the photo holding a cam corder. You can't see it due to the photoing ending but it is there. And the bright spots?, that is from a flash going off.
