If the answer is "ain't gonna happen," why do you keep finding excuses to see her? I'll admit that being enticed by a younger woman is flattering as it's been happening to me too recently (I'm 60 and they're all in their 20's and 30's), but I also remember this old saying which seems to be appropriate to your situation too:
