That's because my buddies and I know what the expensive stuff is and go after that. It's like Golden Corral or Ryan's when there is steak out and people are filling up on salad and macaroni. Fortunately for me I always had a very physically demanding job and burn it off. People used to tell me it will catch up to you when you get older? Nope!

LOL No, I'm not jealous. There's nothing fun about over eating and being too full, which is what would happen to me were I to eat like this.
It's just a fact, unless you're very athletic, the older you get the more your metabolism slows down so if you're still in bad eating habits like this as you get older, it only stands to reason, it will catch up with you.
Come to think of it, walking all the way to the bus stop so I can head to work would count as exercise too. Wouldn't it? In addition, I do walk a bit as I get off the bus and head to the door entrance and lastly also walk on the way home after getting off the bus.
