So it looks like she is sexually attracted to me and may want to have sex with me which is so wrong.
She always publicly mentions her boyfriend and what should she get him for Christmas but still finds a reason to touch me and rub on me and always wants my attention. It bothers her when I don't talk to her and last night at the company holiday party she wanted me to dance with her. I said no since i'm kind of shy but she pulled me out on the dance floor and forced me to dance with her. I did the best I could on the dance floor to make her night but was sooooooo uncomfortable and was so relieved when it was over. Why be in a relationship if you are going to act like this toward another guy? That's why I'm so afraid of commitment. So it looks like she is sexually attracted to me and may want to have sex with me which is so wrong.
She is doing this for the attention. She knows she is attractive. You may have hinted this to her maybe not. Anyways, she is playing the "I am attractive and you can't have me because I have a boyfriend already game."
There is a slim chance that she wants you but since she is a coworker I would doubt it. Many people don't screw their coworkers for good reason.
Next time she starts to flirt with you you should say somewhat sarcastically with a smile;
"Stop flirting with me, Your boyfriend wouldn't like this would he?"
or
"Hey, i thought you had a boyfriend"
How she responds will give you more of an indication of her intentions
