A couple of years ago I was so out of shape it was embarrassing. Just walking up a couple flights of stairs left me panting. It's amazing what moderate exercise can do. I can bounce up stairs now, no problem.
Yeah it really doesn't take too long to get your "stair legs". That's one of the best exercises for both your legs, AND your heart. My favorite cardio machine is the step mill - I do about 135 flights in a half hour. That thing kicks my butt, and I love it.
Aww too bad. She seems like a cool person. But if you take your cat, i'm going to have to ask for pictures again.
I wouldn't know. I don't really know anyone on these forums. The last time I took my cat out it was through the Taco Bell drive thru. That was funny. I couldn't really ever safely take him on a hike though.

Lol, that's right. I remember you said you took him. He must be dreaming of the day when you will take him again and he can enjoy some delicious tacos.

He didn't get any tacos, he just got to watch the drive thru girl make strange faces at him and laugh. He did kind of enjoy it though.
Thanks. Thats why I have a loaded 12 guage shotgun with me.
I've never done injury to any other life unless i had no other choice BRO...
