This is my first time on Arizona forum, and I just like ask you? What do you mean by 1st Amendment, RIP? If this is joke or has some funky or funny meaning or some personal thing about it or just to get attention (ya got mine) that's one thing, and I guess that is cool. However, if you really mean that about 1st amendment should be abolished, that's your 1st amendment right, and I will express my 1st amendment right....I think that sucks out the wazoo.

In all honesty, the 1st ammendment should never have entered into the constitution's legislation to begin with.

You've gotta be kidding. Well, I have no problem expressing my First Amendment Right loudly and proudly. By the way, that poor chap in front of the tank expressed his right of expression. Are you glad of what happened to him, or more recently, how the Tibetan people have been treated? I don't know if your serious or not, if you are, I don't even want to express my right to free speech of what I think of it. By the way, Chairman Mao sucks, even dead SOB, he sucks.
