You know, Hawk, I also tried to play accordion at the same age 'cause I wasn't doing very well in my Music class.

The two neighbor brothers were pretty good, they played at weddings & Polka's, etc.

So my Ma decided my bro&i would learn too, how to play.

Well my Dad got orders fer us to move to Mannheim, Germany. The teachers there tried to teach accordian a completely different way...so we lost interest... gave it up.

Their waffles always tempt me. They have the best nuggets too. My mom's such a junkie too, I remember when she got off the airport, she had me drive to the church first and then Chick-fil-A

I used to live in the university area back in Charlotte, then in South Charlotte and also briefly in Charlotte downtown.

The weekends in downtown rocks coz the prettiest women in the world come out of their burrows and just hang around I just love Charlotte. I still miss it.

I doubt even in Germany, even in those days, a 12-year-old would get a beer... Come to think of it, though, all of us kids were sent to the stores to buy beer for the household, so we could've drunk it if we wanted to.
