Pikes Peak was awesome!!! Truly breath taking alone, even without seeing the fireworks.
I do remember the narrow road though, going to the top! Yikes!!!
Nice thing about Pikes Peak is most people in the area can see it.
As we chat here, a group of men, called The AdAmAn Club, is now climbing the trail to the top. They do it every year and set off the fireworks at midnight. I think they've been doing it for 87 years or so, and every year they "add a new man" to their list of climbers, thus the AdAmAn Club.

I know that was a big drive to the top. I couldn`t imagine someone climbing it, but thats so cool!
Meditating/praying sounds like the right thing to do.
Going out and partying sounds like the normal thing to do.
