If you didn't concisely and clearly state all the necessary information, mistakes could be made, and the communications could get very expensive, if you and the other party have to keep going back and forth. So it is incumbent on the person making the initial communication to be clear and concise.
Any intelligent person would realize this.
This forum isn't one of them, but there are certain times when ONE-WAY communication is needed. Like if you see your kid going into the street with a vehicle coming--do you want them to stop and ask you to explain your communication?
Your logic here, along with your further response to my post amply demonstrate why your contributions to these forums aren't taken very seriously. If the forum moderator sees this as a personal attack and deems it removable, so be it.
The first two pages. If there hasn't been that many replies yet I'll go ahead and read the whole thing.
I usually lose interest when it starts to go off topic.
If someone's already replied with a response similar to what I would've said I just "ditto" it and stop reading.

How could MY statements be construed as an attack? Yours, on the other hand...you doseem to take every opportunity to insult me.

I personally view the statements you made on this thread to be open for discussion. My apologies if you think I've insulted you in the past. I've taken you on very rarely when most ignore you. An exercise in futility as always.

I'm repped, I'm quoted, people have said they've agreed with some of the things I've said. Not that I WANT agreement. Most widely held opinions are--quite simply--wrong. So when people agree, I have to question my own statements.

Yes, the statements are open for discussion--but you make your statements about ME. There's a difference. I've not said anything about the way you post, nor complained about it.
I've never reported you to the moderators--it simply isn't worth it, and you're not really hurting me any. You're simply demonstrating your character.
sometimes someone will start a thread, and my opinion will be so strong after the first post, that i don't feel the need to read more.
occasionally, there may be a thread which is confusing, so i'll try to read a few pages to catch up.
if need be, i will read every single page.
it is impossible to make an informed comment, if one is not informed.
sometimes i'll wait until a few folks have asked the thread starter more questions, often they reveal their true selves, or their true motives when gently prodded.
however, if i've been away, and missed a thread which runs to 10+ pages, i'll often just skip it, unless it's a supremely interesting topic.
I voted 1st page and last page, though I will skim backwards from the last if their is a post referencing something I missed.
