Do Rebounds Work?
Ok, I'm on the rebound, I'll admit it. In the long run I really want a guy who will be my partner and make me forget whats-his-name, but for right now, I find myself wanting someone that I can just have fun with. Does this ever really work? There's nothing wrong with dating someone just to have fun right?
I think I just want something a little passionate and exciting for right now.
So what is your experience with this? Recommend: yes or no?

go for it
just be up front with the person. if i think someone is just short term dating material i will tell them "i've had fun getting to know you, but i dont see this going anywhere long term. if you still want to have fun for awhile that works".
then we are both free to break it off later on for whatever reason and no one feels bad or betrayed
