It was one thing I really got out of having a trainer. Maxed out that stupid leg extension machine, too. Learned that technique is almost as important as strength.

For the dudes who don't like when women are "ignorant" and believe their muscles will morph into manly muscles: in no way shape or form was I saying that at all. I was just saying an overly muscley woman seems to be less attractive to men than just fit or average women. Or so this thread implies. (And by overly muscley, I mean female muscles. Bulk.) Not speaking for most of the men in any way, just saying in my opinion, i think most dudes don't like a girl who has more muscle tone than them, regardless of if they're girl or boy muscle. On a side note, I personally think women are more attractive with some muscle tone and meat but i also believe too much might take away, depending on if she can pull it off still looking cute
