My first year in America was just insane. I spent money like a freaking idiot. That's what happens when you're suddenly in a foreign country, just out of home, where everything was served in a platter

I've been good these days though, learned many lessons the hard way.

Basically, spending 100 rupees in India was just a casual sunday morning thing. And I brought the same attitude with the 100$ bill, though technically, 100$ would be 5000 rupees and is actually sizeable money.

But it took several months for the 100$ to gain my respect. The shift in currency and the non-realization made me spend tons of money and not worry about it. That's exactly why when my apartment complex demanded a deposit of 1000$, I simply flung it away and got my keys to the house

Whenever we go to games we end up looking like lobster too. A baseball burn is a bit more forgiving than a regular burn (as long as your team wins!).

I abhor all things Denver. So I'll definitely be rooting for the Angels.

Simple, I was new in the US and desperate to buy a car. Went on my own, no research, no idea.......

And I'm paranoid I'll get scammed again.

At least, if it's a 25 grand camry hybrid, it will be brand new and I'll feel better and not feel like an idiot for getting scammed, when it dawns on me 12 months later
Next time try this place. This place is the bomb!
