There aren't any Hooters where we are from originally, but there is one where we are now. DH went there for lunch one time with a couple of guys from work. Didn't bother me in the slightest. He's got it way too good at home and I know he isn't going anywhere, even if those 20-somethings were interested in a 51 year old, almost bald, man. He said the food was mediocre and over priced.

Hooter's. We're talking Hooter's right? Not a strip club or anything, but Hooter's? We've only gone a handful of times, but each time we've gone with our son who was at the oldest maybe 7 years old. Can't imagine why it would even be an issue if a husband went with friends for happy hour or something.

I say no cause a relationship is all about trust. If you can trust the guy that you are with you should not be with him IMO.

I would not care, however I would question his sanity.

The two times I have had the misfortune of dining at a Hooters restaurant, I got sick. They undoubtedly have the worst food on the planet.

Assuming they are going to dine, I would think my husband off his rocker to choose that place. Actually, IMHO the girls (at least in springfield, mo) are *not* that great. There are prettier girls other places in town, if you ask me.

I've been on girls' night out and seen entire families at Hooters. So who cares?

It's Hooters. The most action a guy might get is a little flirting and some oogling. Besides, these girls aren't looking for flings or boyfriends on the job. I've known a few girls who have worked there and they all said that you become numb to the attention after a while. It just becomes part of the job.

I wouldn't mind--hell I have been there myself. I heard the wings were supposed to be great but they weren't. And while I was there with a group of friends I noticed the women were wearing black shorts opposed to the infamous orange (I am detailed oriented) so I asked why and they explained to me on game days black shorts and other days the flourescent orange.

But I have never felt threatened when he has gone--I tell him to bring me back a burger

Yea, the selection of food sucks. I use to service a hooters once a week so I could get a deal on the food but I never ate the stuff again after one disheartening attempt.

I don't like the concept either, it's just men using the sex appeal of women to sell overpriced food. I think I would take a different position if hooters was owned by women and each restaurant was run by women managers.

The wings used to be really good, but now they're too fatty. Don't know what happened.
