To borrow the format from Coolhand68, from my travels and observations:

Hawaii
Washington, D.C. (something about a man in uniform, and the place is swarming with them)
Boston
Miami (best dancers, by far)
California (San Diego and Bay Area)
The Midwest in general (just soooo many warm, kind people there, and that is sexy)
Wisconsin in particular (it's like boyish charm is in the water)

But you know, it only takes one, and mine happens to be on Long Island--and he's NOT a guido, thanks much. Blue-eyed, dark-haired Italian, though.

I haven't traveled enough, but from what I've seen, Phoenix has some nice looking men ..better than LA (unless you like short girly metro aspring actor/models..eww). I find that the more country/southern a man is, the hotter he gets..yum!
