OMFG!! W00t!! I found it. A real life Spanish Club right around the corner from me. It was all tucked away and hiding but I finded it!! Real life Boleros too!! Spanish Clubs love me, they told me so, they created me; the Legend of El Guedo Loco que muy Guapo.
One time I was in Rocky Point and stumbling around looking for a place to chill. All I remember is a frog holding up a peace sign. Well, that called the Sizzler's name. Next thing I know there are vaqueros y guachos, y I'm eating the worm out of the bottom of a tequila bottle. Next thing I know I wake up and I have EL GUEDO LOCO written all over my arms in Pen. I added the "que Muy Guapo" part...seemed to have a nice ring to it.
Anyways, May 29th, after the Shad/Rampage fights....El Guedo Loco is making his return to the Sonoran Desert!!!!!
Here something like that would fall under the department of Streets, Bridges and Harbors. But you first need to find out if it's the city's responsibilty or the county's responsibilty as in who owns the land it sits on. Once you find that out you can type something up and send it to each of the county commissioners or Mayor and city council members each about the issue and then call council's office or county office and tell them you want to make a statement at their next formal meeting. At the end of the meeting they allow the general public to pose issues to city council or the commissioners.
But first find out if it's city or county and what department handles it and if you get nowhere that way then go through the formal meetings route.
Thank you. I am going to do everything you suggested. It sounds complicated, but I'm going to get my friend to go with me. It's not that I have ever been in an accident on that road, but it pains me that other people are. Thank you for helping me out.
