You should have gone An invitation isn't crashing the party and it would have been a chance to get to know her daughters better.

Man I am pooped. I just now sat down for the first time since leaving work. I ran a couple of errands, went to the gym, came home and made dinner for my son, made a chicken pot pie for my mom (she had surgery on her hand last week) and got that into the oven, changed clothes, put laundry in, took laundry out, and washed dishes.

I'm ready for the weekend and it's only Tuesday night!
