Yes, it has an overall pretty reasonable cost of living compared to many places. I just don't like the 105 degree, 99% humid summers.

Yep that & ALL the wind. I've lived before in some pretty windy areas. Got tired of it. Here on the mountain it's pretty much protected from wind. Very little wind.

I LOVE IT

I like a gentle breeze, but this knock-you-over wind has got to go.
