If you want to keep your job and stay out of trouble you don't flirt with your coworkers.

There's a gamble. Once you get sued for harassment good luck getting a job elsewhere - you become an automatic liability. Or lose everything you've built owning a place and your marriage too.

There you go, Samston. In order to flirt with your coworkers, move to New Zealand.

I actually think women are much more comfortable and willing to flirt with guys they work with. They see us as safe because we show up everyday and they see us in this serious context.

One thing to consider is the "what if" , what if we go out and it doesn't work out... Can you handle it if you are forced to see him/her everyday on the job?

And how do you do it? Just talk to them, and segue work stuff into personal stuff. Again, I think flirting on the job is about as easy as it gets.

Surviving Office Romance: Safe Dating Strategies
Office Romance Training....yep it's a course you can take right online. Do's and don'ts, pitfalls and things to avoid and it is interactive. Office Romance Training, 4 out of 10 couples meet at work! (http://www.workrelationships.com/site/training/officeromance.htm - broken link)

In a poll that appears to be from eHarmony (though it is reported on a UK website) found that 19% of married couples surveyed met online. The poll was conducted in 2006 and 2007 and surveyed 10,000 married couples. 17% of these couples met at work with the same percentage meeting through friends. In a similar poll conducted in 2004 and 2005, of the 5000 married couples surveyed, 14% met online, with 20% meeting at work and 17 percent through friends.
