I wouldnt consider these hobbies. Do women actually have time to do this stuff?

Are you the horse gal? I have a friend (the one who's husband has all the train stuff) her hobby is her horses and barrel racing. Looks like sooooo much fun.
so sorry I'm bumping this but I havent been around in a few days and HAVE to say something:
What's wrong with doing something to be attractive to your spouse? As long as it goes both ways, he does things to attract you... I don't see anything wrong with that. And is it also true that women didn't start shaving thier armpits or legs until men demanded it? If so, why don't you have a problem with that? And was that from "growing up on porn" too?
Ladies, why do you look at a guy like he's some kind of alien if he has a niche hobby? It's like a guy can't do anything he wants without some woman thinking he's some kind of weirdo.
Case in point, I cycle, I do martial arts and I downhill snowskateboard. Pretty much, it's an outlet for all of my stress and it's become a fun distraction to the average grind of the day. I'm also a vegetarian. It's a health decision as well as a protest against the inhumane treatment animals recieve when they're being slaughtered. I'm also black and I don't like R&B or hip hop. I simply don't like the music.
Before I met the current girlfriend, a lot of women made some sort of snide comment about me being a "weirdo" because I'm an adult that rode a bike or was one of those "freaky karate people". I was thinking in my head about why do most of these women who I dated thought was so "freaky" about doing a martial art when so many people practice martial arts. I also didn't understand what was so "weird" a bike when almost everybody in my area who isn't from the burbs or the neighboring large city rides.
Why do many women think a guy's a "weirdo" if he doesn't fit some kind of stereotype?
Everything you say sounds great to me, actually, so I have no idea why some women are turned off.

I have some of the same hobbies. Most women I talked to about martial arts for example seem to get wet.
I've had one catch me practicing and she was drooling.
But yeah there are tons of different people with different preferences.
