I don't smoke marijuana, but the exact same thing happens to me when I drink.
Yes and No. It depends on how much I drink. If I have a few drinks then its on. If I drink too much, then i'll get sleepy or my equipment doesn't function as well pissing off my wife.
When I was single, pretty much all of my casual encounters/one-night stands were alcohol-related.
Some red wine with dinner will totally mellow me out.
With a highball like a Gin & Tonic, Mojito or Long Island Iced Tea (the only kind of drinks I like), I usually won't drink more than one or god only knows what I'll do.
I get much more touchy feely. I don't drink anymore, but I imagine my SO would reallyyyyyy enjoy the side effects of a few margaritas in me.
