I eat ALOT of veggies. Love them. You know what is gross to look at? Some pale, sickly lookin veg head who doesnt have an ounce of meat on thier bones. They actually think they look healthy. When in fact they look like Karen Carpenter on meth. The only thing I like better than biting into a delicious slab of venison is the feeling I get when the bullet brings that big ole buck down! Yummmmmm! Oh! And a bratwurst right off the grill is fantastic after a few bong hits!

All "veg heads" are skinny?? News to me! Especially when my husband first became a vegetarian and replaced the meat food group with the brownies and ice cream food group!

You're kinda ignorant, but you probably don't care.

I have never met a Vegetarian that does not believe meat is unhealthy or gross. Since this is a violation of all the facts in regard to human physiology it makes for dealing with a fanatic even when they are not proselytizing. Studies have repeatedly shown that it is unhealthy to not have some meat in the diet. Without the right protein children do not develop properly. Indeed there is a lot of evidence we owe our larger brains due to our ancestors being meat eaters. The amount of deficiencies that can result from being a strict Vegan are quite large. Yes they can be worked around with supplementation and careful choice but by Nature being a strict vegetarian for Humans is unhealthy. For instance you can not get any B-12 from a strict vegetable diet since it comes from beef, poultry or pork mostly. Without B-12 you're at risk of pernicious anemia (pale skinned vegetarian) and neurological failure.

Meat eating, that is not to excess, is healthy and required for proper development. Just a fact.

You're definetly right that there isn't really a consensus on what is or isn't a drug.

I think most people who say they never do drugs consider a "drug" something that makes a noticeable change in your your behavior and thoughts. Or something that's designed to give a good feeling but is extremely bad for your health. A small dose of Tylenol wouldn't really qualify as that.

The average person probably thinks that the only real drugs are the ones that are illegal. So caffine, alcohol, and cigarettes don't count. Even though alcohol affects your mind and behavior much more than weed. And cigarettes affect your health much more than weed.

The average weed smoker thinks only things with "chemicals" in them are drugs. In thier mind, things that are grown can't possibly be drugs, only things that are manufactured.

I just can't get over a vegetarian being ranked up there--or down, depending upon how you view it--with a druggie or alcoholic.

Sure you can, but it is not complete. That is why I mentioned the B-12. There are other micro nutrients and vitamins that are missing with vegetable based protiens. Can they be supplemented is not the question.

Not sure what you mean by that..it doesn't matter if they can be replaced by something else other than meat? I think that's exactly what we're talking about..
