your attributing your makeup to something intangible to any of your senses extraneous or physical. Why would he need abraham in any way? all things happen because of one thing TIME, with out it there is nothing, so that embodies everything as being unified. your mother loves you like my mother loves me, like a human being, granted i love my mothers love, thats accepted as a normal thing. im pretty sure that comes as something a little wierd to some of the crazies on here. BUT, this is nto Divine Love, your attempts at dissecting it should be jettisoned. let that saok in.

Obviously you don't understand me.
Do you have any idea how many serial predators are let go or escape from prison or psych wards?

It is my opinion that preventing another birth of a serial predator (ie victims) is more important than keeping a serial predator alive.
Like I said it is easy to say that predators should be kept alive or ‘cured’ when you do not have to deal with the consequences yourself.

I don't know your mother, but not every mother loves her children.
There are mothers who don't care if their child gets abused or not.
Or are you saying that those mothers do not exist?

Let it soak in that I judge people by what they have done and not by what YOU believe.

and im happy that ive never been molested, and i feel only sympathy across a dark void with those who have to deal with such trauma.

i am only saying that we accept the following as assummed imaginary circumstances:

1. we have a powerfuldemocratic government in place that can build good prisons and that is swayed by the choices of its people.

2. that when i refer to killers being locked for life WITHOUT PAROLE they are assumed to be in good prisons where little impressionably fragile children are not allowed to wander aimlessly about in.

Unfortunately your faith in the government cannot guarantee that predators cannot escape.
It is also unfortunate that the government and its prisons have a limited budget and they have to prioritize. With the exception of serial killers most predators are let go.

These arguments are interesting and I would like to add my pennyworth, if I may.

It must be argued that killing a rapist is bad for these reasons (not exhaustive).

The convicted person may not be guilty.

We need to know who else the convicted person has abused that help and rehabilitation can be provided.

We need to learn about why this crime is perpetrated.

It is considered that 'control' is an issue with rapists, can this be rectified, maybe not, but we need to know.

The argument to kill an abuser could extend to a child who has been abused as a form of preventative action for when he/she has reached maturity, but we know that all abused people do not go on to abuse, why, and can this knowledge help reduce others offending?

We need to know what other forms of behaviours are linked to such crimes to enable early detection.

Whether we consider it right or wrong rapists and abusers have always been part of human society, in other words whilst it is unacceptable to commit these crimes it is a normal thing to find in a group of people. We need to know why.

None of what I have written here is intended to flame but I hope is based on a scientific approach to this matter of major concern to all of us and your comments would be helpful.

The problem is that control does not exist, but we have to live with the consequences of our actions.
So, if we do decide that a known rapist has to be returned into society or escapes prison, the blood of his next victim(s) will also be on the hands of our society.

We cannot guarantee anything, but we can prove if someone is a rapist.
The fact that some innocents are convicted of a rape has to do with their legal presentation. The law as a system is not perfect and probably never will be, but we still need it.
