Should We Worry?
Should we have a cause to worry when everything is going well in our lives? Everything is hunky-dorey and we are in our comfort zone. Just your thoughts on this.

We should not be alarmed to be experiencing ups and downs.
That is life.

Life basically sucks with a few patches of true happiness and enjoyment that make it all worthwhile. One should not soil those special periods by worrying about the trials to come.

Worry is just another emotion that we have to learn to deal with in everyday life. If we learn not to sweat the small stuff we have more room to learn how to handle anything really worrisome that comes along..I think we need to share our biggest worries with friends and family to avoid the possibility of depression..Of course, my very best, top of the line advice is always "Take it to the Lord in Prayer"

If you worry when everything is going well, chances are that things will change for the worse.

That's pretty much the way of it! I enjoy the good times in my life, but I usually cast a weather eye over my shoulder, because I know that life is going to deal out something unpleasant, sooner or later. Not because I'm a pessimist, but I am a realist. All we can do is live each day the best we can. After thousands of years, (or more ), of existence, on this planet, isn't it amazing, that in this aspect, we are no different than our ancestors?!

I am still dumbfounded by the nature of humans to desire pain and suffering. Perhaps it reveals a somewhat lost urge for humanity to unite as one voice.
That said, I say be thankful for your "hunky-dorey" life, as long as you remember to donate to local charities and spread happiness, not sadness.
