Ok, clearly some of you are offended by 'text speak' - forgive me, I was in a rush, and hoped that readers would focus on the links provided.
However, I am sure you all understood me perfectly. Also, allow me to point out that English is merely a tool, used to convey concepts of thought, and changes (everso slightly) with every generation, until it is barely recognizable every millennia (sp?).

I don't really think I'm a die hard skeptic...more like open-minded and cautious ...but I'll weigh in.

I looked at a few of those links. One of them led me to another link about UFOs and the Bible. Clicked on that which led me to checking out Greenland on Google Earth. Just a guess, but the black bar in the photo seems to me to just be a missing slice of the satellite or digital image.

The yellow thing however....I zoomed in, I zoomed out. I spun the image all around and looked at it from every available plane. Gotta admit, I don't know
what the heck it is. At first I thought it was a snow plow blade buried in the snow. Until I realized that would mean the plow would be the size of
Rhode Island. (joking!) Hey, what can I say? - just got back from a 2 day, 1800 mile road trip...I'm slipping.

So if anyone has looked at that image of Greenland and has a theory of what it is, I'd love to hear it. I keep thinking there has to be a
logical explanation, Spock. It looks man-made to me...but what is it?

I've seen the thing you're talking about. I guess to know for sure if it's really there or not would be to go there and have a look. Apart from that, I do know that Google Earth does have some pretty odd quirks at times. The Greenland object may be one of those quirky images.

"Are UFOs real?" depends on what one means by "UFOs" and "real." It seems plausible there are flying objects somewhere that aren't identified. I think it's a fair assumption that there are species of flying insects we haven't yet identified. If those aren't precisely "objects" than maybe there's some objects in the atmosphere now or in the past we haven't identified. I think people aren't certain what kind of asteroid or comet hit Tunguska. Or maybe some unknown compound jettisoned by a volcano is flying around somewhere. Seems unlikely, but maybe.

"Are extraterrestrials real?" Maybe. The question is not likely to be answered for many decades due to the relativistic limitations inherent in the Universe.

Are aliens flying around the Earth or beeping at alienated people disappointed with their *lives? Doubtful. This thread is long enough this may have been said before and better.

*Popular image is of inbred yokels, but what I've read this isn't really true. As I recall reading the people who make these claims tend to be "spiritual, but not religious" people with IQs very slightly above average who are dissatisfied with their lot in life. I don't know if that's really true, but it made sense to me.

Humans tend to doubt that any other beings can do better than they can. Who says the visitors need a vehicle to get here ? They may have other ways of learning things. We only got used to being human. Our human appearance has changed. Everything in the material world changes. Aliens might find humans to be "no big deal." They may even have us categorized, and filed away in a fact book of sorts. Our minds may not be capable of grasping "everything."

We won't all leave this solar system by mechanical means. Where the hell do we think we are going anyway ? Pressure suits won't help. At best, the other planets will protect themselves against us. I believe that there are millions of planets like ours, and they are in different states of development. Imagine a twin Earth without all the BS ?

How do you know that? I'm not disagreeing with you; I honestly don't know and wonder what you base that on. This is pretty interesting stuff to me, so I'm willing to hear all sides.

My life experiences. If you been following the things that I have said on CD you would know what I am talking about. But, if not, then I will explain.

In this orphanage I had the first of two identical experiences. I knew this person to be very powerful, but I did not fear him.

I remember looking at My Mother, smiling with so much love to comfort a child that did not know what was happening to him. When I looked back from where it was that I came from, I was told; don't look back, don't be afraid and these are the things to come. And after what was shown to me and before My Mother and Father drew away from Me in My experience I was told; On this day, I have begotten You, My Son and thou art a priest forever according to the Melchisedech Order.

Now with that said, I also remember in the orphanage, not sure time frame, but Sister Mary Bridget told us kids to look out the windows and when we did there was three circular, pure white pulsating disc crossing the sky in a perfect triangle formation.

Twenty some years later, (actually it was late 80's early 90's) I saw and had a witness to this event another object pure white, explode in the night sky to such a brilliant light and as the light calmed down I saw what would be the perfect emissions emanating from an object that I could not see. It was like nothing was there in front of these pure white emissions. When this first happened the object of the emissions would be pointing downward. As if there was a ship of some kind that appeared out of nowhere and would be pointing down at the earth. Then these emissions turned as to be parallel to the horizon and hit hyperspace in a blink of an eye and cross the sky instantly.

Now, considering these and other events that happened to me in My life I am confident that the knowledge that has been given to me is correct and pure.

As diverse as our own planet is; so too, is the diversity of the universe. Why would God stop creating? He creates to this day. His method of creating is through evolution.

Yes. We can only evaluate what 'they' are up to through our own frame of reference and the limitation of our physical senses.

Before the discovery of the 'new' world, the old world thought they were all there was on the planet. When I was a kid people thought it ridiculous to even think we would visit other planets.

New frontiers are always and probably will always be opening up as our knowledge increases.

There is a new world opening up with quantum discoveries, isn't there?
We are now attempting to explore consciousness.
Our senses limit our observation of the world, and other animals see a different world as their senses are different.
Whose to say what sort of 'world' aliens, whatever they are, inhabit and what they are about in interacting with us?

Many people have reported communication with loved ones after they'd departed. Where does our awareness go after the body is no longer useful? Is that our natural realm, as some religions would have us believe? Could our aliens have awareness of that as well as our material world? If so, why don't we? Is the body the prison of human consciousness?
