Then why forbid homosexuals to marry?
Why are so many American Christians against equal rights for homosexuals?

Not the Jesus of the Bible apparently.

I do not believe that Jesus = Christ and I also do not claim to be a Christian, so how am I deceived?

I'm not taking this same trip around the same mountain with you repeating the same things. You keep asking the same questions and I keep giving you the same answers. It's not my fault if you don't read them.
Your hatred of America is evident in virtually every post you make in any thread. You call yourself a follower of Jesus, but it's not the Jesus of the Bible. No answer is going to be acceptable to you until you hear someone say, "Gee, you're right! American Christians are violent bigots. How could I have been so blind?" Well, guess what? Looks like you'll have to learn to live without it because you'll never get what you're after. I finally understand why you love to use the word "bigot" so much. You're the King of Bigots... and a grand hypocrite of one at that. You don't sincerely ask any of your questions. You sincerely bait and mock... (Did your version of Jesus teach you that?) Well, this fish isn't biting anymore.
Proverbs 14:7-8 applies directly to you and I'll heed it's advice/warning:
"Go from the presence of a foolish man,
When you do not perceive in him the lips of knowledge.
The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way,
But the folly of fools is deceit."
Goodnight once again.

Because Jesus said He was God and to not accept Him as Christ is to not believe Him. You must be following some guy name Jesus down in Tijuana. Tell him I said hello.

I guess that unlike you I do not confuse religion for factual history.
So I differ with Christians on the fact that:
- I do not take the Bible literally
- I prefer being rational over being religious, thus do not believe many Christian dogmas
- I do not believe that Jesus = Christ
- I do not believe that people are born sinners
- When people do no harm I don't see why they should behave exactly like me, or believe everything that I believe
- I don not believe in an afterlife

Well, Simple might have gone to bed, but I'm back up again since I can't sleep. Actually, God spoke to me and told me to come back to the computer?!!! What do you think of that? Not audibly, mind you. Being spiritual and all, that's the way I receive it - spiritual thoughts.
I want some straight answers from YOU, now. I gave you what you wanted in a previous post, so now it's your turn. Slow down and use punctuation. No more choppy, run-together sentences. I see the list of the things you do not believe, how about saying what it is you really DO believe.
Are you a Mormon? Are you a Jehovah's Witness? Are you a Christian? Are you an atheist? Are you Jewish? (with the belief in Jesus but not as Christ makes me think so) Obviously not a messianic Jew. Why don't you believe in the afterlife? Do you worship Satan or some other false god? Are you a Wiccan? Is there anything I left out that you could possibly be or not be? Let's get some clarity here, OK? I, as a Christian, have made it quite clear what I believe. You, not so much.

I am just a follower of Jesus because my father is a Catholic and my mother a Protestant and my parents made me a Protestant but send me to a Catholic school.
My personal experiences have taught me that organised religion is stupid.
The only thing that separates Catholics from Protestants is their dogmas and stubbornness to admit that they both might be wrong.

I sense a lot of hate comming from you. Simple i have seen alot of tricky Ds
post. I dont think he hates american christains. However he hates people forcing ways on others. Which you have cleary shown agree with. Your intollerance is well shown, and its almost becomming fantical and extreme.
You are being hipicritical in saying no awnser will be accepted as you shown in your past post that you refuse even think why is somthing immoral. Other than blindly except your faith. Your one of the people who say "ignorance is bliss"

Okay, that's better. I think I saw someone say that you are pretty young. 18, right? You're on the right track....being in a household with two opposite belief systems can be frustrating and confusing. I say interracial marriages are easier than interdenominational marriages. I was married to a Catholic, and I'm Protestant. We had no business marrying. But, I digress.
I would like to suggest that you stay with the one thing you say you believe in...Jesus. That's the common thread between your parents' denominations. It is the one, the only important thing you will ever do. Nothing else matters except that you also need to believe that He is the Christ Jesus, Son of God, who died on the cross for you. Accept Him into your heart, confess your sins, and follow Him. You MUST do this above all else.....everything else such as "dogmas" and a need to be right about something is just human nature. In the end (which is coming soon) our silly arguments mean nothing - only that we believe and receive Christ. God bless, Tricky.
