I am a gay man. I did not choose this and it is not the result of some "childhood trauma". I was married for several years as I tried through prayer and therapy to change my orientation. In the end it left me physically ill due to the emotional exhaustion of denying who I am. Love is never wrong. For me and other gay people, loving a member of the same gender has the same spiritual and physical connections you feel for the opposite gender. We have the same struggles in relationships, and just like heterosexuals, there are gay people who are simply looking for physical, etc.

Now, if being gay is a sin (and I'm not so sure it is), I know that the Jesus I KNOW from the Bible and my own relationship with Him will look on me at judgement and say with love in His eyes, "I know you couldn't have chosen different".

I think it's beautiful that you have decided to be true to yourself and keep your religious belief's centered within you. As a matter of fact, I find it amazing. God Bless

Theres also a huge difference in teaching someone religion and a scientific theory. Which is almost a law.

If you want to just learn about all the laws sure go ahead seening how theres very few because most theories are almost impossible to prove without going back or forth in time.

and this is now pointless going a little off subject, i really just want to know how is marriage sacret read my last post before awnsering plz. or your statement will have little point in it

in islam relegion , it is very bad for someone to commit a sin , but it is worst to change the word of God and say it isn't sin

in my openion , the objection isn't about your committing a sin , i agree with you that God can forgive you if you couldn't have chosen different , my objection is about trying of christians to desire and revert commands of God according to thier personal hopes .

So you should only love your neighbour if he's heterosexual?

Sorry my friend, it's God himself who is against it. Not just man. Read 1 Corn. 6:9-10. He doesn't care for it at all. In his words, "No Homosexual offender will inherit the kingdom of God", along with many other types of people.

Yes he wants us all. But he want's us through faith, and when you repent and trust in the savior, you have to believe his word to be everything. You can't be a follower of Christ and pick and choose what you want to belive in.

All or nothing!

In Christ,

Did you know that the word 'homosexuality' (nor any direct translation of that word) does not appear in the Bible?

In my opinion anyone who judges others who do no harm to anybody at all, is nothing more that a bigot, and yes this includes god. What is the reason, if there is one for judging homosexuals at all?...Oh yeah the bible says...The world would be a far more peaceful place if that book had never been written.

In Christ,
Ahh your loving gods. The glorious man who killed all those non believers and killed all non jews. The one who killed Moses and the merciful god who killed those who prayed to him with insects. AHHHH hes against homosexuality. I guess we should start calling them homos restrict there fundamental rights as humans to love. And restrict there love and call it wrong. We should call them an abomination as well shouldn't we.

Can you back this up with scripture? My Bible says differently. I am not saying you are going to hell or anything, but my Bible says God does not look highly upon homosexuality. It also warns against false teachers who will teach that the grace of God is an excuse to continue living in sin, more specifically sexual sins. Even if you can't control your feelings, its your duty as a Christian to abstain from a practicing homosexual lifestyle, just like its your duty to abstain from fornication, idolatry, and other forms of immorality. Its true that all LOVE is from God, but much of what we call love is actually LUST, which is not of God.

Jude 1:3

God's Word Translation: Some people have slipped in among you unnoticed. Not long ago they were condemned in writing for the following reason: They are people to whom God means nothing. They use God's kindness as an excuse for sexual freedom and deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ.

KJV: For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

Jude 1:7

God's Word Translation: What happened to Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities near them is an example for us of the punishment of eternal fire. The people of these cities suffered the same fate that God's people and the angels did, because they committed sexual sins and engaged in homosexual activities.

KJV: Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
