Question What religion would I be considered?

I have mixed feelings on certain things that I cant figure out what religion I would fall into (especially as far as finding a church to go to)

1. anti-abortion
2. pro-death penalty
3. I believe jesus was a man who was given god's power sort of the incarnation of god, rather than his son
4. I believe the bible is not the literal word of god, but the history
5. No hell, either you remain in purgatory or you are accepted into heaven
6. No reincarnation
7. non gender specific
8. God created the earth and universe for man to discover, he created the "possibility" of evolution therefore creation and evolution go hand in hand.
9. God is not of body, but just spirit
...more to come if I think of anything...

thanks!

You don't need to be any religion in particular. Just be a spiritual person and follow your own heart. Get ideas from every religion. Become a slave to none.

Go to www.beliefnet.com They describe each religion and their beliefs.

IMO I think it is best to follow one and either stay with it or drop out. MY FIL kinda made up his own religion and I don't think he knew what he was before he died. It was confusing. Of course, you may not like or agree with everything in any religion but I don't think it's necessary to follow it all, but you do need to believe the most important parts that make up the religion or why belong?

You could be one of the many confused, non-Christian religions out there that somewhat resemble Christianity but lack the essential beliefs.

I would think it told you Islam or Jewish based on your main belief of Jesus. Christians believe Jesus is God the Son, a part of the Godhead. Since you do not, it didn't tell you to choose Christianity.

Plus if you answered you do not believe the bible to be the literal word of God, Islam would agree with that.

take your family to a non-denominational Christian church.. You can raise your children in a good manner by going to a good church but then instill in them your ideas but let them grow into their own.

Just an opinion, but there is no ONE belief...

RGB, I've tried my best to plot you on my graph sheet

This is the best I could arrive at. I'll say you are a:

Semi-nestorian, monophysitic Antinomian with catholic sauce and gnostic dressing on the side

is that a dis-ease or a dis-order? and would it be a sin to think of treatment?
