funnily enough, those earthquakes and volcanic activity happen because of the incredibly slow movements between the tectonic plates. If we speed this up to the ridiculous levels that the creationists assert happened then it wouldn't just be one earthquake or one volcano here and there, the friction alone would turn the entire earth into a frying pan.

More importantly. Where did the energy for this supposedly come from?
