No birth defects/deformities physical or mental. Regenerative over procreative, for longer healthier lives. No progressive diseases or illnesses. No one could gain more than 20 pounds of fat. I'd make sex boring and remove lust, so people only have sex for procreation and women would get what so many seem to suggest they want, not be sexually desired or viewed as "body parts". And I'd swap good and bad around, so that boring is actually fun and fun is actually boring.
What a dull and perfect world it would be.

While you're at it see about cutting out that nasty requirement to defecate feces. Think of all the lost time spent on that nasty necessity that could be saved not to mention the hundred million sewage systems in the world. I can live with the urination...wouldn't want to turn him off by asking for too much at the same time.

If I had been God, the eight would not have made it onto the ark. Fortunately for us all, God has more capacity to love humans than humans do.

If I were God, I would create a small world for each person. On each of these worlds would be plants, animals, and that one person. There would always be sufficient food and never would there be any physical discomfort. This person could do and think as he/she pleased. The only ‘rule’ imposed is that this person would never see another person; nor would he/she have any idea that others like him/her existed on other planets. Neither would he/she be provided with knowledge of the nature of the universe.
Once this person died, his/her remains and works would be whisked away and the next inhabitant would be created to live his/her lifetime as he/she sees fit.
Sound good?

^ Not really. Human beings tend to be social animals, so the one-person-per-world idea sounds more like torture.

Actually, if I were God I would seek professional help and try to do something about my problem with multiple personalities. One minute I love everybody and the next minute I want to kill all of them.

It does, doesn’t it. However, I think it would be torture more so because there would be no one else to dominate, subjugate, discriminate against, control, war against, crusade against, impress, etc. I’m afraid without any of this, our poor man/woman would wither and die.

Well if he were God, he could make that person a solitary creature.
Actually I'm a pretty solitary critter myself. I think I could get by okay if I never encountered another person, especially if I never even knew there were others.

See there. It could work.
We need to get this thing incorporated. "God of Solitude, Inc." ???

I certainly wouldn't make them imperfect and then condemn them for imperfection!
