Default Hated with out reason...

The prophecy in Psalm 69:4 "They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away."

I know it's a prophecy so there doesn't have to be a reason. But most people that you hate either don't know you hate them or don't care. So why was this so important that Jesus be hated by people for no reason, and if they had no reason why did it matter at all?

I can't help but think of the Holocaust when reading that... and wasn't Jesus born a Jew? Hmmmmm. Maybe it's saying that it makes us stronger, since the Jews often say that hardships only strengthen us as a people. And being hated for no reason really is the worst kind of hate, isn't it?

Oh my goodness. How weird. I immediately thought of the Holocaust too.

This was written by David he was crying out to God for help, in midst of all the awful things in his life he still trusted God. And this verse also applies to Jesus and what He went through, people hated Him then and I believe still do today, I know there are people that still hate the Jews today.
