That hateful group of people showed up on the anniversary of the worst massacre on a college campus in my hometown.
They certainly do give Christians a bad name and I am stunned there are Christians out there who think they are being persecuted because they say they are Christian.

If we dismiss the bible as a historical document because it contains religious beliefs then we must also dismiss the writings of ancient greek and roman historians because those documents mention gods and religious beliefs as well. At that point we will have very little ancient history left. The point i was making is that to dismiss the entire book of the bible as a myth would mean you must also dismiss the archeological evidence proving at least part of the bible is true.
I guess if we could dismiss the supernatural references and those referring to gods, then what we are left with might be ok up to a point.

Well they are certainly more righteous than the Westboro hate group...By defending and agreeing with what the WBC says, you are saying that you wish thousands more had died on 9/11, and the rest of the hateful statements... You are no Christian, any more than they are, and they are pure evil.
