It's done!! I've not had such short hair since I was in school. I appear to have a ..........growth, on each side of my head. 'She Who Must Be Obeyed' is insisting that they are only my ears....but I don't trust her! I look ridiculous and have been wearing my motorcycle helmet around the house since I got home. The cat ran away at first sight of me!! I am presently making a bag from an old sack, similar to that worn by 'The Elephant Man'.

I hadn't really read this thread before and it's pretty lively. Plad, when "She Who Must Be Obeyed" falls asleep I think you'd better check the area on her scalp. If you see a little 666 that looks like a natural birthmark you need to be seriously concerned. Don't pack, just run!

I'll look tonight. She always falls asleep before me....I think it's her way of telling me to sod off! Did you know that when they fall asleep, you can move their lower jaw to the left or right and it will stay there all night?
