Historicity of myth is a waste of time and exact wording is impossible to know. After all, it all stems from stories passed down by word of mouth.
Since the Commandments predate Jesus, one would have to assume that the authority wasn't his in the first place.
The 613 Mitzvot (Commandments) given at Sinai (includes the Ten Commandments, which are the categorical headings under which the other 603 Commandments are organized) are only binding on those at Sinai, their descendents and those who voluntarily accept them by conversion.
Some know how to follow through.
