Bravo.
A round of applause from the CD community for the Chilean miners and their rescuers folks. A remarkable achievement.

Yep. 100% of the credit to human beings, and their dogged determination to save the lives of other human beings. That instinctive herd mentality comes in handy when one of us is in danger.
Praise humanity!

I'm glad they got 'em out OK. That was not the case when a similar mine disaster happened last year here in Utah.

Well, what with all the thanking god and the kissing of the Chilean flag, it would be nice if they'd remember just whose technology and expertise got them out of there so quickly. Thanks to crack American drilling experts and NASA, to name only a few.

I'm sure that will come soon enough MC. It's not as if after an ordeal like that, we should be expecting them to give an interview thanking all the countries and people that assisted in the rescue....like it was some Oscar ceremony.
