What is it that makes this collection of stories more believable than other ancient tales?
You don't have to believe it. You do know that, don't you? I don't believe it and I don't find it necessary to do so. Neither do I find it necessary to challenge those who do.

It's been said often enough but it's brainwashing infants and gullible small children. Once a child has been taught to believe there's an invisible man out there watching every move they make and that they had better be good or they will end up in hell...their conscience bothers them for the rest of their life. Depending upon the degree and amount of brainwashing they might never be able to break that scenario no matter what they do or how they do it.

Why would any sane and intelligent being when surrounded by all the evidence of dinosaurs being wiped out en masse 65 million years ago and providing fossil fuels which have been fueling our transportation needs for more than 100 years fall for a ghost story which began in a garden with two naked teens and a snake about 6000 years ago?
