FREDERICK, Colo. - A Catholic priest faces an indecent exposure charge after jogging in the nude about an hour before sunrise.
The Rev. Robert Whipkey told officers he had been running naked at a high school track and didn't think anyone would be around at that time of day, a police report said.
He told officers he sweats profusely if he wears clothing while jogging. "I know what I did was wrong," he said in the report.
What's wrong with jogging in the nude in darkness ? He can't have been expecting many people to see him an hour before sunrise especially at a high school track... I don't know about kids in the US but in the UK they turn up about 15 minutes before the first class. For those who believe in god, god made him the way he is ( in his image too ) and whilst it may not have been the brightest move of his career/vocation unless they can prove he had a sexual motive what is the big deal ?

At least he wasn;t caught, well, you know the line.
I don;t have a problem with it. I ofter try to get outside while naked. Doesn't happen as often as it could, but it's been done before. The more I could do it, the more comfortable I would be come with it.
I live in Chicago, and it's not private enough. Certainly not like at a campground, or swimming hole.
I"m sorry but that is ludicrous, a person in the clergy is held to a higher standard. He is more accountable for his actions than non-clergy people.
This is just common sense, because the priest knows that it is against the law.He could have at least worn some gym shorts. I feel he had other intentions than just jogging. Enough said
That's what I'm sayin'...any guy, even a priest, is familiar enough with the anatomy he was born with to know that jogging in the buff would be...difficult at best, painful at worse. He could have worn a flipping bikini bottom (yuck) and taken care of his supposed sweating issue and still been within the bounds of the law--although he would still have been outside the bounds of taste!
