I join in with the ones who said "Give it Back". I doubt if any human has the ability to understand the attributes of God(swt) and without that knowledge would not have the ability to understand what to do. If one did have those powers they would have to become God(swt) and would do the exact same things God(swt) has already done. So the best option is eliminate duplication of effort and give it back.
Now if the question were reworded as to: "What would you do if you were given the ability to do anything with the material universe,what would you do?" My answer is to use that power to help lead every creature to belief in God(swt).
Why have the three of you said you would give it back?
And I don't know what I would do because I'm not Exactly sure of what God's powers are...

Because to have power like that, one has to have a mind to match. I don't. Yes, it would be tempting to eliminate war, poverty, disease..even mortality and ageing? But what the heck might I be getting humanity into as a result? My first instinct to not use what I can't handle mentally is probably right.
