Atheism is not a "believe of nothing". It is the believe that theist claims don't have enough validity to be believed. this definition encompass all atheists and all possibilities... and is the only requirement to be deemed an atheist.

Agnosticism is easier to demean as the "believe in nothing"... because its (the school I follow at least) literally the believe that nothing can be 100% known with certainty beyond definition... and definitions are not objective. In other words, all sentient beings have room for doubt unless something is strictly defined subjectively. And if the subjectivity of the sentient being is understood by the sentient being itself, then they will... technically... you could say... "believe in nothing"

I believe in many things, just not some made up sky-daddy.
So, you're saying that you believe in a god thing because otherwise your "life [would be] kind of sad or miserable."
Sorry for you.

My life is full of wonder and friendship and travel.
All without any fairy tales.
